Stress has a very profound influence on the organism. It is the main cause of many diseases.


Relaxation, stress and health Chronic stress can cause symptoms such as:

1 Headaches,
2 Pain in the back and neck,
3 Increasing in arterial blood pressure,
4 Limb tremor,
5 Tachycardia,
6 Dry throat,
7 Insomnia and abnormal sleep patterns,
8 Stomach and duodenal ulcers,
9 Diarrhoea,
10 Nausea,
11 Irritable bowel syndrome (IRS),
12 Hypertension,
13 Susceptibility to infections (cold, flu),
14 Dermatological disorders (boils, mycosis).

Stress catalyses the process of disease and accelerates ageing through increasing the body energy consumption.
It influences the hunger and satiety centres in the hypothalamus, which leads to irregular consumption of meals, excessive eating and eating fast. This in turn indirectly can cause obesity, hypercholesterolemia, hyperglycaemia, myocardial infarction and stroke.

Additionally, under the influence of stress, skin becomes less radiant and elastic. Wrinkles, shadows under the eyes, breakouts and eczemas become exacerbated. Generally speaking, the immunity and mood of a stressed person are lowered.


Stress causes a number of psychological symptoms. These are for example:

1 Inability to concentrate,
2 Insomnia,
3 Anxiety,
4 Increased susceptibility to addictions,
5 Difficulties with breathing,
6 Depression and neuroses,
7 Hostile attitude towards other people,
8 Decreased sexual satisfaction,
9 Suicidal thoughts,
10 Relationship difficulties

15 Restlessness,
16 Anxiety,

21 A sense of lack of self-control,
22 Inability to concentrate,
23 Obsessive thoughts,
24 Increased daydreaming,
25 Passive and aggressive behaviour,
26 Nervous tics,
27 Clamping teeth,
28 Excessive drive to consume alcohol,
29 Increased caffeine intake,
30 Biting nasil,
31 Lack of sexual driver.

In conclusion, stress causes many illnesses and emotional problems. Therefore, it is important that you apply relaxation techniques every day.
